Johnson Intake Screens
The Johnson intake screens provide a high open area while maintaining the lowest entrance velocity and pressure drop, delivering a maximum treatment capacity with minimal impingement and entrainment.

Working principle
Johnson Intake Screens allow water to pass through the inlet point at a low, uniform speed. The water passes through the inlet screen, while debris and aquatic organisms remain in the water. The screen can be placed far from the coast to improve water quality and reduce the concentration of marine organism and garbage.
