Perforated Screen uses different metal plates on CNC machine tools to manufacture mesh-like products through continuous punching, mainly for dustproof and filtering. It is widely used in petroleum, food, medicine, mining, chemical industry and other fields.

Pore type has round hole, ellipse hole, long round hole, square hole, triangle hole, five-pointed star hole, hexagonal hole, figure eight hole, cross hole, plum blossom hole, diamond hole and etc. 

The smaller the spacing between the filter Perforated Screen, the faster the filtration speed and the smaller the strength of the Perforated Screen. Slot size 1 mm and 20 mm can be manufactured. The deep processing of the Perforated Screen can be customized according to the demand for bending treatment, bending height, bending angle, bending shape, etc.

Wedge Wire Screen 

Compared to Perforated Screen, the wedge wire screen provides a larger flow area and precise filtration slots. It is easy to leak, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, uniform sieve seam, stable welding quality. 

The application of wedge wire screen (also known as Johnson screen) provides a larger opening area per square meter of filter than other traditional methods, allowing more water to flow in or out with greater efficiency. The mesh section is trapezoidal, the gap is narrow and wide, and it is welded by the sieve strip and support strip made of stainless steel wire cold rolling using automated wedge mesh production equipment. Uniform sieve seam, stable welding quality, high open rate, long service life, high strength, stiffness and bearing capacity, can be made into various shapes of rigid screening filtration device.
